MITCHELL LATTOF SR
Attorney

Mitchell Lattof Sr. graduated from the University of Alabama with with a B.S. Degree in Commerce and Business Administration in 1950 and a Juris Doctor Degree in Law in 1952. He has been an active, practicing attorney in Mobile, Alabama, from 1952 to the present date. He has been associated with the Law Firm of Lattof & Lattof, P. C. from 1983 to the present date. His current practice includes representing persons who have sustained personal injuries and maritime injuries, and preparing Wills and handling Estates. Mitchell is a Member of the Mobile Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar, and the American Bar Association. Mitchell served as President of the Mobile Bar Association in 1986, as a Member of Mobile County Judicial Commission from1989 to 1995, and has served on numerous Bar Committees.

Mitchell was selected in 1999 as an Outstanding Alumnus in Communication Studies by the College of Communications of the University of Alabama on the 50th Anniversary of having won (with his colleague) as student representatives of the University of Alabama the National Intercollegiate Debating Championship of the United States at West Point, New York.

Mitchell is a Past Senior Warden of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, is active in Mardi Gras events, and over the years has participated in various Civic events for the betterment of the community.

Mitchell Lattof Jr. graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.A. Degree in American Studies in 1976 and a Juris Doctor Degree in Law in 1979. He has been an active, practicing attorney in Mobile, Alabama, from 1979 to the present date. He has been associated with the Law Firm of Lattof & Lattof, P.C. from 1983 to the present date. His current practice includes representing persons who have sustained personal injuries and maritime injuries, persons who have been injured due to asbestos exposure, persons victimized and unfairly harassed by debt collectors, persons damaged and injured as a result of the BP Oil Spill and the preparation of Wills and handling of Estates.

Mitch is a Member of the Mobile Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar and the American Bar Association and has also been a member of the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association for which he served on the Board of Governors for a number of years.

Mitch is an active member of the Gulf Shores United Methodist Church for which he serves as Chairman of Staff Parish Relations, Church Council Member and on various other committees. He is active in Mardi Gras events and is an avid fisherman and sports fan. He is married to the former Sissy Davis and they have two children, Mitchell III and Ashton.

 

 

Susan Dominguez
Paralegal

Susan Dominguez is a native of Mobile, Alabama, where she earned her Paralegal Certificate from Spring Hill College. She has been employed as a paralegal with the Law Firm of Lattof & Lattof, P.C. since 1989, assisting the Firm’s attorneys in litigation management, investigation, client communications, document review/processing and all other aspects of the cases and matters handled by the Firm. For Susan, meeting and assisting the Firm’s clients is the most rewarding part of her job.
