Ashton Lattof
Ashton Lattof is an attorney with the personal injury firm of Lattof & Lattof, P.C. which has been helping victims of accidents and injuries in the Mobile, Alabama area as well as the entire state of Alabama and nationwide throughout the United States since 1952.
Education
After attending high school at UMS-Wright Preparatory School in Mobile, Ashton attended the University of Alabama, graduating with a B.S. Degree in Human Environmental Sciences & Early Childhood Education in 2014. Upon graduation, she worked with special needs children at the Rise School of Dallas (Texas) for several years. Following that work, she continued her education at TEFL Worldwide Prague (Czech Republic), where she received training and certification to teach English as a second language to non-English speaking children. Due in part to the fact that her father and grandfather were both personal injury attorneys, the pull of the legal profession eventually became too great to resist, leading Ashton to Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans, where she received her Juris Doctor Degree in Law in 2023.
Practice of Law as a Personal Injury Attorney
Ashton was licensed to practice law in the state of Tennessee in 2023 and in the state of Alabama in 2024. She has been a personal injury trial attorney with her father’s law firm, Lattof & Lattof, P.C. in Mobile, Alabama since 2023. She is currently licensed to practice law in all courts in the state of Alabama and in all courts in the state of Tennessee.

Ashton is currently a Member of the Mobile Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar and the Tennessee State Bar. She is actively involved with the Mobile Bar Association Young Lawyers and the Mobile Bar Association Women Lawyers
Civic and Public Service
She is an active member of Gulf Shores United Methodist Church, where she participates in various groups and volunteers in several children ministries. Ashton has also been active in various Mobile Mardi Gras events, and has participated in a number of Civic events for the betterment of the community.
