But every case is different, and past results do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any future matter. Testimonials reflect the experience of the client who gave them, not a promise of how your case will turn out.

Fees.

We handle personal injury cases on a contingency fee, and we prepare wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents for flat fees quoted up front. In a contingency case, court costs and case expenses are separate from the attorney’s fee, and how they are handled is spelled out plainly in the written fee agreement before we begin. We encourage you to read that agreement and ask us anything about it — we will answer straight.

Where we practice.

Our attorneys are licensed to practice law in the State of Alabama, including its state and federal courts. This website is not intended to solicit representation in any matter in a state where we are not licensed to practice.
