Mitchell G. Lattof Jr. is the senior attorney and president of Lattof Injury Law (formerly Lattof & Lattof, P.C.), a family-founded personal injury law firm that has represented accident and injury victims across the Alabama Gulf Coast since 1952.
As an Orange Beach personal injury lawyer with more than four decades of legal experience, Mitch has represented accident victims across Baldwin County and the Alabama Gulf Coast and has dedicated his career to helping individuals and families recover compensation after serious accidents and injuries caused by negligence. Today he practices from the firm’s office at The Wharf in Orange Beach, Alabama, representing clients throughout Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Baldwin County, Mobile County, and across the State of Alabama.
Education
After attending high school at University Military School (now UMS-Wright Preparatory School) in Mobile, Mitch attended the University of Alabama, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies in 1976.
He then continued his education at the University of Alabama School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 1979.
Practice of Law
Mitch was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1979 and immediately joined his father’s personal injury law practice. A few years later, the firm became known as Lattof & Lattof, P.C., and Mitch has devoted his career to personal injury litigation ever since.
Over the course of his practice, Mitch has represented thousands of clients in cases involving automobile accidents, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and other negligence claims.
